This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were alerted at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
